How the scheme works
- You pay rent of £900 per calendar month, fixed at this rental
figure for three years
- You sign a lease option agreement which gives you the
option to buy the for £325,000 in three years time.
- You pay a reservation fee of £5,000, non returnable
- At the end of the 3 year period*, you can choose to purchase the
house for £325,000; all the monies you have paid to us as rent, we
will recognise as deposit monies paid for the house (i.e. £32,400).
In three years time, you have therefore accumulated a deposit for
your new home of circa 10%.
Should house prices appreciate in value over this 3 year term, this
increase will further supplement the equity in your new home.
